UK: Urban Living Festival has today announced City Pop, the flexible living brand, as headline sponsor for 2027 and 2028 events.
Taking place on February 16th 2027, at Novotel London West, the reimagined Urban Living Festival (ULF) brings together more than 175 thought-leading speakers and 1,500+ pre-approved no cost to attend landlords, developers, operators, investors and capital sources from across hotels, serviced apartments, build-to-rent, coliving, student accommodation, short-term rentals, later living, branded residences and flex workspace.
Service providers have the opportunity to sponsor, exhibit, or attend for a nominal fee.
A festival designed for a new era
The revised format reflects the rapid convergence of hospitality and operational real estate, encouraging meaningful conversations, unexpected collaborations and practical business opportunities. The result is a more dynamic, collaborative and inclusive environment where ideas are exchanged freely across sectors.
A platform for the future
Pawel Gawor, CEO of City Pop, said: “Our relationship with the Urban Living Festival has grown every year, and headline sponsorship is where that naturally leads. Our growth depends on finding the right buildings, the right partners to back them and the right clients to move in. The festival brings all three together, and we intend to keep showing up for this community.”
Piers Brown, CEO of International Hospitality Media, said “I’m delighted to be working with City Pop to help drive their expansion. ULF is where ideas, innovation, collaboration and doing business can thrive. Our ambition is simple: to build the industry’s most inclusive gathering and create even greater value for everyone who sponsors, exhibits and attends.”
