UK: Moda Group has launched The YardHouse by Moda, a coliving scheme in White City, west London.

The development features 209 studios, two rooftop terraces, a Sky Lounge, a 24-hour gym, communal dining areas, a games room and media room.

A year-round programme of events includes casual socials, creative activities and wellness sessions.

An on-site team is on hand around the clock, while a resident app facilitates signing up for activities, reserving communal areas, receiving delivery notifications and checking what is on across the building.

The YardHouse sits opposite Imperial College London’s 23-acre campus and is a short walk from Westfield London. White City Underground Station is around a five-minute walk, with Wood Lane Underground Station approximately eight minutes from the building.

The scheme has been delivered by developer HUB on behalf of City Developments Limited. It is designed by AHMM and the main contractor was JJ Rhatigan.

Dougie Orton-Wade, operations director at Moda Living, said: “Starting a new chapter in London should be something to look forward to, but finding your feet takes time. We’ve designed The YardHouse to make those first weeks simpler. Residents can close the door, recharge and live on their own terms. When they want company, the rest of the building is there, whether for a workout, dinner, drinks on the roof or whatever is happening that evening. It is independent living with a social life built in, allowing people to be themselves while still feeling part of something from day one.”

Studios at The YardHouse start at £1,995 per calendar month with all bills included.
