UK: Fresh has been appointed by Inhabeo to manage PBSA assets in London and Bath.
The company, which is the management arm of Watkin Jones, has taken over management of View Studios in London and Centurion House in Bath.
The appointment expands Fresh’s existing relationship with Inhabeo, for which it already manages five developments: Benedict’s Gate in Norwich, The Gate in Sheffield, Gulson Gardens in Coventry, Pavilion Point in Brighton, and The Refinery in Leeds.
The latest appointment means Fresh is now taking full management of Inhabeo’s entire operational PBSA portfolio, following Inhabeo’s acquisition of the properties in September 2025.
View Studios is in Bermondsey, south-east London, and has 185 studios, a roof terrace, gym, private bookable dining room, social spaces and games areas.
Centurion House in Bath features 146 units, including 18 studios, eight two-bedroom apartments and 112 en-suite bedrooms. Amenities include shared study and social spaces, with the property currently fulfilled through a nominations agreement with the University of Bath for postgraduate students.

Inhabeo is a real estate asset management start-up founded in 2023 that operates as KKR’s living sector platform in Europe, focusing on residential and student housing.
