UK: ARK Living has expanded its student accommodation portfolio with the launch of the 333-bed ARK Valentine in Gants Hill.
The east London property comprises 11 room types, spanning ensuite accommodation with shared kitchens and self-contained studios. All-inclusive rents start at £199 per week for ensuite rooms and £292 per week for studios, covering utilities, wi-fi and dedicated 24/7 on-site support. The Valentine residence has been rebranded under the ownership of Crosstree Real Estate Partners and management of ARK Living
ARK Valentine will bring the operator’s community-led model to the residence through a regular events programme and access to its wider community network. Amenities include a gym, coworking and study spaces, communal lounges, TV rooms, bike storage and an outdoor terrace.
The relaunch also extends ARK’s offer across different life stages, with its three London coliving locations providing a potential next step for graduates remaining in the capital.
