UK: Strategic consultancy Global Apartment Advisors (GAA) has launched a new brand identity to mark 10 years in the UK.

The new brand – GAA Living – captures “the essence of the globally-evolving rental living sector and the opportunities associated with it”.

GAA Living’s roots lie in the US. Since its arrival in the UK, the rental market has evolved significantly with alignment of the models, subsectors and terminology used around the world, now commonly known as the ‘Rental Living Sector.’ GAA Living is modernising its brand in line with this shift.

GAA Living’s work has taken it to many markets around the world. To date the team have delivered services in 22 countries across five continents. This reach has seen the firm collaborate with expert partners in Spain, Australia and the UAE, enabling it to offer international clients an unrivalled blend of local market knowledge and international best practice.

Ronak Rawal, senior director at GAA Living, said: “We have a global reputation for covering the end-to-end development journey – from field to yield – and we have the expertise and network to support a wide range of clients in the rental living sector. In line with that, we are delighted to reveal the GAA Living brand. We are expanding our buy-side advisory client base and delivering services such mystery shopping to growing markets like Spain, whilst doubling down on our specialised expertise for rental-focussed investment services, asset optimisation, and management and operations.”

CEO David Woodward added: “GAA Living’s original vision was that institutional investment in rental housing would take hold around the world. This vision is becoming a reality with many markets developing mature rental housing sectors, and many more new markets starting their journey. Where these new sectors are developing, GAA Living is there, leveraging global best practices to benefit our clients. I’m extremely proud of the GAA Living team and the high-quality work taking place globally.”

Woodward was a recent speaker on an Urban Living webinar about dynamic pricing in BTR – click here to watch a replay of the discussion.
