Coyote BTR portfolio on the market for £70 million

UK: Allsop has been appointed by Edmond de Rothschild to sell a four-asset BTR portfolio.

The four stabilised properties are known as the Coyote portfolio, and are in Glasgow, Nottingham, Newcastle and Leicester.

The assets are all situated within easy walking distance of their respective city centres and/or major transport interchanges.

They were all developed between 2022 and 2024, and total 405 apartments over 235,973 square feet (21,922.6 square metres). The properties are currently 96 per cent let, producing an aggregate current passing rent of £5,649,594 per annum.

The estimated rental value (if fully let)is around £6,131,900 per annum, reflecting £25.99 per square foot.

Allsop is inviting offers in excess of £71,000,000. Offers for individual properties will be considered.

A guide price offer reflects a gross initial yield of 7.96 per cent.
