UK: Property consultant and agent Cluttons has launched a dedicated healthcare and senior living division.
Amanda Roddy, formerly a director in the healthcare team at Avison Young, has joined Cluttons as a partner and founding member of the new team, with a new head of healthcare and senior living due to join the firm shortly.
The team will provide a full suite of consultancy and transactional services across senior living, independent healthcare and primary care, including valuation, agency, lease advisory and development and investment consultancy.
