Singapore: Flex office operator JustCo has launched its JustCo Place offer, which will include coworking, coliving and retail offerings.
The first JustCo place property, described as a ‘live-work-play lifestyle hub’, will be at the former Taste Orchard mall on Orchard Road, and will open in September.
It will feature five storeys of coworking and retail spaces, and another five of coliving apartments.
The coworking centre will take up approximately 150,000 square feet of space from basement one to level four. This space has been vacant since January 2026 after the landlord, department store OG, terminated Taste Orchard’s lease late in 2025.
Levels three and four will be fully occupied by Deloitte Singapore when the consulting firm moves in this September.
The 160 Orchard Road site was known as OG Orchard Point before the department store closed in 2022 after 18 years. OG remains the building’s landlord.
