UK: Justine Edmonds has been promoted to director of Build To Rent (BTR) at LRG.
The company says the promotion recognises her role in building LRG’s BTR division and her track record advising UK and international investors on schemes. She previously held a role governing leasing strategies with the BTR division.
Her previous duties at LRG involved development appraisal, design review, market positioning and long-term optimisation, with a particular focus on helping institutional investors. She oversees the group’s consumer-focused division LRG Living Markets, which she was instrumental in establishing.
Edmonds said: “BTR is maturing quickly. Investors are asking sharper questions about operating costs, resident outcomes and long-term resilience, not just initial lease-up. My focus has always been on helping schemes succeed across the full lifecycle, from early appraisal through to mobilisation and optimisation. I’m excited to lead the next stage of LRG Living Markets’ growth with our partners across the sector.”
LRG chief executive Michael Cook, added: “Justine combines deep sector knowledge of what makes BTR assets succeed over the long term. She has built outstanding relationships across the investment and development landscape and has helped shape an operating model that is commercially strong and genuinely resident-focused. Her expertise is reflected in the strength of our Living Markets growth story.”
