UK: Investor, developer and operator Round Hill Capital has appointed Sandra Burrows as chief operating officer, reporting to CEO Michael Bickford.
Burrows, who has a background in operations, change management and investor relations to the company will be in tasked with driving operational improvements and transformative initiatives.
She will also be responsible for ensuring robust governance frameworks, aligning with and supporting the company’s long-term growth strategy.
With over 17 years of experience, she joins from Praemia REIM, where she was chief transformation officer.
Previously, she spent several years at Blackstone and 3i in London, working in investor relations and private wealth solutions.
